- 1 Tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice, (from 2 oranges, freshly squeezed is best)
- 2 Tablespoons miso
- 2 Tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup avocado oil, (or olive oil)
- 1 Teaspoon sea salt

I used a light colored brown rice miso for this recipe. For a richer miso flavor you can use the dark variety.
