Description
This Tangerine Dream Sugar Scrub is simple to make and definitely dreamy! It’s both exfoliation and moisturizing thanks to the coconut oil which smells incredible with the tangerine essential oil. You can also use any citrus essential oil in this simple sugar scrub. This recipe also makes a great gift for friends at anytime or of course baby showers and holiday hostess presents!
Ingredients
2 cups organic turbinado sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 Tablespoons tangerine zest
1/2 Teaspoon tangerine essential oil
Instructions
Mix together the sugar and coconut oil until it’s completely combined. I like to use the back of a spoon to mash them together.
Stir in the tangerine zest and essential oil, thoroughly mixing it.
Transfer the sugar scrub to an airtight container, where it will keep for up to 1 month.
Notes
I use about 1/4 cup sugar scrub per use, so this recipe yields 10 servings for me.
