easy to make, the instant pot does all the work and you get a healthy dinner with just a few minutes of prep work. better than takeout, and the leftovers are perfect for lunches.

step 1

start by assembling the ingredients together. definitely try out the sriracha mayo option for the topping, so good!

chop the cabbage into fairly large pieces. This helps it keep plenty of texture in the instant pot.

grate the carrots and slice the onions into half moon slices. Mince the ginger and garlic and set aside.

step 4

sauté the ground meat, then add the ginger and garlic before adding the sauce. be sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.

step 5

add the veggies and chicken stock and secure the lid on the instant pot to cook.

step 6

when the instant pot is done, season to taste and serve with any and all toppings.
