Easy to make in 10 minutes or less, this peanut butter dip makes the perfect healthy snack or dessert, but tastes decadent. It's naturally gluten-free, and we love to serve it with assorted seasonal fruit. Apple slices, strawberries, bananas, and grapes are our go-to favorites with this healthy peanut butter dip.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until thoroughly combined.
Next, add the honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix until completely combined, then season to taste with more sweetener and/or salt.
Refrigerate for up to 4 days and serve with fresh fruit. The cinnamon gets stronger after 2+ hours in the fridge. If you're eating it right away, you may want to add more to taste.
This fruit dip gets thicker as it is chilled, add a touch of water, orange juice, or apple juice to thin it out if desired.

Notes
I use full-fat Greek yogurt that doesn't have thickeners added for the best texture. The texture of this dip will vary based on the yogurt, peanut butter, and sweetener you use.The nutritional facts are calculated without the assorted fruit.
