- 2 large peaches or nectarines
- 8 ounces fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 ounces fresh spinach or kale, washed and stems removed
- 1 16-ounce bottle ginger kombucha
- Cut the peaches or nectarines in half and remove the pits.
- Place them in the blender, then add the pineapple, spinach, and finally the kombucha.
- Blend, starting on low and increasing the speed to high for about one minute, or until smoothie is completely blended.
