This Homemade Maple Ice Cream is my first choice to pair with my favorite holiday desserts. It’s so perfect with apple pie or crisp, pecan pie, or the traditional pumpkin pie.
This Homemade Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream is a super fudgy and decadent dessert that’s surprisingly healthy. It’s easy to make, dairy free, and so creamy you just can’t get enough!
My obsession with coconut ice cream started when we were living in Calgary, AB where it was sold for upwards of $13 per pint – whew! Even though I’d become more accustomed to the high cost of living, that was still pushing me a bit too far. So instead, I started making coconut ice cream at home, and we’ve never looked back.
This Coconut Lime Ice Cream is ultra creamy thanks to the avocado added in! It’s a refreshing combination that everyone loves. It’s also dairy free and paleo, as well as vegan, so pretty much everyone can eat it.
This ice cream is the perfect partner for abundant summer berries, or pretty much anytime all year long! It’s smooth and creamy without being at all heavy like ice creams can sometimes be. It’s also one of those desserts that’s both light and refreshing, yet oddly decadent at the same time.
These Paleo Funfetti Ice Cream Sandwiches are super fun for summertimes treats and backyard bbq’s. They’re gluten free and can be made completely dairy free as well.
(Just a quick note to start, these are a paleo friendly dessert if you’re not worried about the trace amount of sugar in the sprinkles.) The 5 year old in me might be a little overexcited there’s finally all natural sprinkles available! I mean the kind of sprinkles where you can actually recognize the ingredients on the back of the box. And of course they’re made completely without artificial dyes.
These Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches are a ‘must make’ for the summer months! They are so easy to make and so much fun as well. They’re naturally gluten free and dairy free because they’re paleo – making these a healthier treat.
Ice cream treats are one of the best parts of summer. Not that I restrict ice cream to warmer months or anything, after all we live in Montana where we often have what seems like 8 months of winter. So we’re ice cream fanatics year round in this house, however icy treats in the summer are pretty much mandatory!
