This centerpiece came about entirely by accident. I am not the most organized when we entertain, my whole focus seems to revolve around the food, and more often than not I can’t even remember to put napkins on the table.
It’s Tyler’s birthday this week and Raspberry Rolls are his choice for breakfast. Raspberry anything is a favorite around here, especially in the winter. The berries freeze so well and taste like summer in January.
There is something about the crisp apples, sweet cranberries, and tangy feta cheese that make this salad a favorite of mine. A balsamic dressing doesn’t hurt either. Balsamic Vinegar is probably my favorite vinegar, you just can’t beat that slightly sweet tangy-ness combined with such depth of flavor.
